Shipping times are ESTIMATES provided by the courier delivering your item. These times can change depending on circumstances that are out of our control. Please be patient with the humans working hard to get your orders to you!

Shipping time also depends on where you're located! Your orders are shipping out from our home-base in Greenville located on South Carolina.

United States via USPS: Estimated 3-10 business days to arrive.

Weekdays. Some shipping outlets do not operate on the weekends so we count based on weekdays.

Orders are often shipped in craft paper envelopes ranging from 9x12 inches, 10x13 inches, and 15x11.5 inches. We also have compostable mailers and small cardboard boxes 13x11x2.75 inches. The packaging for your order depends on the dimensions of what we are shipping.

Returns are not accepted unless the purchased wrap is still in your possession and you provide it back to the owner for processing. This does not guarantee refunds or replacement of your purchase.

If returning a purchase via the mail, that expense falls on the customer. Tracking information is required for processing.
